Was disappointed Witt the service. Have never had a facial where when the steaming is happening you don’t get a hand and or neck shoulder massage. Really disappointed as would have expected better service from the team. Felt like beautician didn’t care and was also distracting hearing people have waxes as only separation was a curtain

Had my first facial and it was great, the beauty therapist was amazing! Really friendly and explained the process, my skin feels a lot clearer and really smooth. The salon was nice and clean, only downside was downstairs was separated by curtains so you could hear other clients. Other than that it was amazing and I’d definitely return.
