the treatment was thorough and the therapist really went the extra mile to consult with me on my skin challenges and help me to understand them. the only thing i would say is as the treatment areas are separated by curtains only, you can hear everyone else's conversations, wax strips being pulled etc etc. So if you're after 5 star relaxation this probably isn't for you, but i was very pleased with the treatment.
