The therapist was great! Friendly, polite and knowledgeable. She cared how I was feeling throughout the treatment. For value for money this venue is great. As long as people are aware the main treatment area downstairs is divided by curtains for privacy rather than walls, this doesn’t bother me.

The staff was extremely nice to me since I arrived. The reflexology went really well and I was very pleased with it. When it came to the nails it became a bit confusing since one person did the manicure and then someone else painted my nails. In between the two I had to wait for a bit and someone asked another staff member to do the nail colour. In all it was still a good experience and it is very likely that I will return to Cucumba again.
