It felt way too rushed and my therapist didn’t clean the wax off properly (the Powder is still on). She went on straight to another client which is understandable, but I felt like I was being kicked out. On the other hand the front of house are always so welcoming and kind. My first experience with the other therapist was miles better than this time, so I am quite disappointed.

Always come here just the lady delivering the facial talked the whole way through out it and did everything she could to push products at me
