I booked for a fell leg wax which normally takes 45 mins.
I got there 5 mins before my appointment time. The treatment started about 10mins late, but the therapist was great. After about 15/20 mins she had waxed the front of my right leg and half of the front of my left leg. She was very thorough and even went over the leg with tweezers - great!
She then received a telephone call in the treatment room and confirmed she would finish the treatment in 7 minutes. This seemed a bit infeasible because the first half had taken 20 minutes, i wasn't sure how the second half would take less than half the time. She then proceeded to rush through the rest of the wax and unsurprisingly its quite patchy and uneven. I tried to look over my legs and ask her to re-wax some areas at the end, but i felt uncomfortable and like i needed to leave asap.
This is the 2nd time in a row this has happened to me at cucumba - the therapist getting a call before the treatment is finished, rushing to finish and not having a great result. It's a shame because the treatments always start off great, but it's a bit intrusive for the therapist to take calls mid-treatment and doesn't make you feel like a valued customer.

I had a facial with Cecilia, a therapist who came 3 months ago to Cucumba. Cecilia is extremely experienced, she knows everything to know about facial and gave me tons of tips on how to take care of my skin. I was really impressed by her and hope I will see her next time I make an appointment.
