It was clear they had overbooked by accepting walk-ins. Nobody greeted me at the door or acknowledged my presence when I arrived, and I had to ask 3x before someone finally was ready to do my 10 minute file and polish, 20 minutes after my appointment was due to start. Nobody noticed I was there or apologised for their lateness, it was really bad service.
