Manicure was rushed, cuticules not taken care off although I paid for the full pampering manicure, it lasted 25mns!!!

Utterly disappointed with my massage at cucumba. I have been there several times before and had a great time but this was terrible. I had the hour full body massage. When I arrived at the salon and was taken to the ‘room’ which is a curtained off area i could hear my consultant discussing personal matters with a colleague. She then came in and asked me where my pain areas were and wasn’t very welcoming or relaxing, which is not what I normally experience here. The massage was poor and uneven. When asked if I minded oil going in my hair I said it wasn’t a problem as I assumed she just meant if any happened to get in there as usual but actually the oil was put all through my hair. The ambience was terrible and I could hear all of the conversations around me very loudly and so it wasn’t relaxing at all. Also, the room temperature was very cold and I had to ask for extra blankets which she helpfully got for me but I was still very cold. Again this don’t allow for a very relaxing experience. It felt rushed, uncomfortable and not relaxing in the slightest. I will not be returning.
