Julia was brilliant at Hollywood and underarm wax. Was so fast, efficient and friendly - and really not as painful as most other places I have been. Would definitely trust her to do this again and will return when my normal wax lady goes on holiday again. Thank you.

Unfortunately I had to agree with some of the reviewers here that the wax doesn’t seems to heat up and mixed evenly. I had a few patches where it was boiling hot that I had to ask the therapist turn the heat down. She then picked up another pot but it still had the same issue! Furthermore my therapist seems new and her technique was just not great. I was left with broken tiny hairs.
