Great vibes straight away! I was greeted by a warm welcome and friendly smile as I walked through the door which made me feel relaxed from the start. Lovely fresh, bright decor and the 3 members of staff I spoke to were genuinely welcoming. Kestrel did my waxing and I can highly recommend - relaxed but professional, thorough and I never imagined it could be so un-painful (!) No need to shop around, I want to go to a really nice place where I feel pampered: have found it here and re-booked without question. Thank you ladies!
