I was in a lot of pain when I went for treatment - but felt substantially better directly after the treatment was completed. I felt the real difference the next day when was at least 80% recovered. Highly recommended. I intend to do follow ups regularly from now on.

Very professional service, Darham asked questions in a consultation then assessed my back visually with excellent communication, he went into do some work on my shoulder blade, I felt comfortable and relaxed, will definitely return

The entrance was a little awkward to find. The session was more evaluative and it is more treatment so it is focused more squarely on problem areas rather than a general massage. Its too early to say if anything has worked yet but I am hopeful.
