Absolutely loved my massage with Atlanta today. She has a reassuring and bright personality and is excellent at her job. I was in a lot of pain (lower back) and left feeling much better. Will most certainly book again.

I’ve seen a few others at SMSM for sports massages who were much more thorough and really went deep to unknot the muscles and relieve the pain. But this time was more like a spa massage, so it didn’t really provide any muscle relief. Overall the venue itself could probably use a bit of new paint, especially the doors!

I have been visiting Dharam since Jan 2024. He is very professional and knowledgeable.
Depending on the discomfort he will either suggest a spinal adjustment, massage, acupuncture. Prior to visiting I was not able to squat due to back and lumbar issues since Jan 2024 after a few sessions, I am now able to squat (not to the same level or as often) but more than expected. I also do Crossfit (limited) and am able to keep active and mobile. I would highly recommend SMSM Therapy and Dharam.
