This was my second visit and I was looking forward to my session based on my first visit
And was not disappointed
Deep Tissue Massage
The therapist seemed quite distracted throughout the whole massage - and it wasn't particularly deep, despite it being a deep tissue massage. It also ended after 45 minutes rather than an hour.
Sports Massage
it was explained that I should set a gaol that I wished to reach
Also a program was set to achieve my gaol
My first session I received was good and I felt afterwards that some success had already started
