I'm a lapsed triathlete who still runs and cycles a lot but being late 40s and after 18 months of covid lockdowns, my legs were trashed having not had massage for about 3 years. Did a few sessions with Kyrone to flush out the gunk and sort a few problems - he helped relieve some sciatica and some achilles soreness. We've now got into a nice cadence of every 6 weeks or so for a "top up". He has a good approach and is pragmatic, working with me on particular areas I feel are troublesome. 👍

Dharam clearly knows what he's doing. He constantly made sure I was comfortable and provided a very relaxed and calm atmosphere. He gave me some great tips and told me what would be best for me going forward to solve the source of my problem. He used a variety of different massage methods that he thought was suitable for me which was different (in a great way!) to any other massage I've ever received. I'll definitely be back!
