I was very disappointed with my experience at Smooth Extensions.
The place felt chaotic, and was full of people waiting around. The staff were friendly but I was passed between three people and was left waiting (the only positive of this is I got a free hair mask). At no point did anyone ask me what would like doing to my hair, until they took the scissors to it, and it was clear at that point the stylist could not speak English fluently so it was difficult communicating what I wanted, and I didn't feel reassured that she understood. The end result was nothing like I wanted, and the cut itself is poor, the ends are uneven and look like they have been hacked into.
I would not recommend this place to my friends.
Very nice lady and professional service. Could improve the cleanliness, in the room where i had waxing there was hair on the floor. In the salon above the sinks were not clean.
Really strong smell in the salon apparently from some hair straightener. You could actually see it in the air. I never got my waxing done as no one was available when I needed/ had booked them. They have given me a credit to come back at a later date.
Basic experience. Good blow dry, happy with the result but not made to feel very comfortable.
