I arrived 5 minutes early and told to sit down for a minute while the hairdresser carried on cleaning the salon, they started doing my hair 10 minutes later. I showed a photo of my usual blow dry what I wanted my hair like, a bouncy blow dry. It was actually done with tings and looked liked a 1970's Mia Farrah perm. I went home and straightened my hair. I was not offered a drink and the staff spoke to each other in their native language while doing my hair, which I consider to be a bit rude. The salon was very nice and clean.
Pedicure would be great if hygiene is their top priority. Can tell that the beautician was really experience for mani pedi with her way of cuticle trimming. Unfortunately I would not visit again and would not recommend the place unless they improve on cleanliness. Upon arrival I was shown to the chair to be told that the previous session has taken longer than expected. I am usually fine with it if it's not too long like 15mins. But I had to wait for almost an hour to have my service. She attended to me immediately after the previous customer without washing her hands and cleaning the equipments. Though she did changed water for my foot bath. To my horror she pulled out a chest of drawer filled with cuticle nipper, filer buffer etc and rummage through the stash to find what she needed. And in the stash of utensils you could tell that they were filthy covered with nail ashes. I assumed that she would at least spray some anti-bacterial sanitiser but she did not.
