I have curly hair and find it difficult to find hairdressers able to straighten my hair properly with no frizzy effect. Eric did a great job; one of my best blow dry in a while!

When I first arrived my stylist had gone home sick and they did everything they could to ensure my appt was still ok, I had to wait an extra 15 mins but they were very apologetic and did a great blow dry. Slight more expensive than other places at 39 for a blow dry but staff good and blow dry was great.

The final result was great, however the staff were talking in their native language which can be somewhat uncomfortable when trying to understand what to do with your hair

This review is for a pedicure, I am sure all other treatments are very good. They are nice people and it's a pleasant, clean place. I didn't have the best timed experience to give an accurate review.
I had a last minute appointment that I booked first thing in the morning which I think didn't help matters.
The therapist was late as I don't think she knew that she had a booking at that time so I was looked after by somebody else who began the pedicure ("I'll quickly file") and then was left to wait for the actual therapist to arrive (20 minutes later) during which time I was left with my feet in a bowl of water. I don't have polish, but the pedicure then lasted all of 10 minutes as I think she was then aware of the time pressure.
I'm sure once more organised/later in the day the experience would have been very different.
