The wax was professional and efficient, and the therapist regularly checked that the heat of the wax was alright. She was very friendly and did a good job, however I had to wait quite a long time upon arrival.

Unfortunately I am very upset and disappointed with the service (wash, cut and blow dry) I received.
The staff are friendly and the process of having my hair done was nice. At the end the hairdresser blow dried my hair with curls at the end and I was really pleased.
It was until a few days later when I washed and straightened my hair that I realised just how bad the cut was. It is so uneven (to the point I haven't worn it down since) tufts of hair are longer than the rest and it also makes it hard to wear up too as there is so many blunt layer lengths.
I emailed the salon with pictures and requested a refund. They got back to me almost immediately and offered me a blow dry. I replied and said that a blow dry is not what I want or need but in fact it is my money back as I did not get the service I paid for (and will need to get it cut again at an expense.) that was a week ago and I have not heard back.
