The venue is nice and clean. Staff aren't the most friendly but the lady who did my wax was very professional. One time I waited over 20 minutes for my appointment & ended up having to re book. Overall it is good value.

Everyone at smooth extensions was absolutely lovely, I went for my first ever wax and the woman was super friendly and understanding. She told me the does and donts, and kept me distracted when there was about to be a particularly painful peice.

Not the best wax I've ever had but for how cheap it was (£22) I can't knock it. They had to cancel and rearrange by original booking time but they rearranged it to a time worked for me.
