The waxing was OK. The lady who took care of me was really kind, but i had some wax left on my legs when I got home. They only accept payment in cash.

Not a great experience. Arrived to find 2 of the staff at reception video chatting with their friend and not paying attention to customers. I was asked to remove my own nailpolish which is absurd - of course I said no. I booked a blow dry & manicure package and basically was told the manicure was express, not regular which isn't clear but even worse basically was only given a shape and polish. I had to bring up the website so demonstrate that a cuticle tidy etc. is part of the express manicure too. After all that I ended up getting a proper manicure but it ruins the experience and was not relaxing. Poor selection of colors. Blow dry was nice but the curls quickly faded away. Will def not be returning here.

Really friendly staff and my hairdresser is a perfectionist. She made sure I was happy throughout the cut. Also got my eyebrows threaded to perfection. Thanks!
