I came to the salon with pretty high expectations after reading the reviews but I was at the same time a bit scared since I've been going to the same hairdresser for all my life. I spoke with the lady by the desk and she introduced me to the man who was going to to my hair, and he barely spoke English. That scared be a lot and for a moment I thought I had come to the wrong place. I had a picture of what I wanted it to look like and after some time we understood each other. Even though we barely understood each other the experience was really good. The staff was nice and did everything they could to help and the result came out AMAZING, exactly what I wanted it to be! I would definitely recommend Brazil Hair Finsbury Park to my friends, but to tell them to bring pictures of what they want. The only con is that the staff couldn't speak English, otherwise everything was great! Clean and a good atmosphere Again, so happy with the result! Will definitely go back there to do another ombre or maybe my nails.

The wax they use is not extremely good - it breaks and that can hurt. However the lady who did the treatment was good at it and, besides a couple of "false straps", it was a good experience. I will probably go back.

The salon was clean, and the beautician was very friendly. However, she didn't speak much English and that caused a bit of confusion at points. I also didn't feel like her attention was completely on me, as she kept getting up and going to speak to other people. The shaping of the nails and the cuticle treatments were good, but the polish itself wasn't left to dry properly and consequently smudged pretty much as soon as I'd left, which I obviously wasn't very impressed by. Overall, I don't think I would go back for the same treatment.
