Always very welcoming. Jon cuts my 7 year old sons hair and always asks him if his haircut was okay the time before if he’d like it the same or something different. Jon always double checks with me, but this is so encouraging for my son to express what he likes. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Always a pleasant atmosphere nothing is ever to much trouble.

Vicky was fantastic and knew I wasn’t able to come in regularly for highlights so she coloured my hair with that in mind, still lovely and blonde but with low lights so my regrowth won’t look awful!!
