Great welcome from reception. Mia’s welcome was warm & friendly. She asked what we were doing with my hair that day and we discussed style and cut before washing etc. Mia takes time to listen, gives good advice and a fantastic haircut. This is the third time I have used Mia and each time I have come away loving my cut and style. All in all a fab experience - thank you Mia!

Only fault today was that the salon was extremely busy.Seemed to be a lack of space for everyone.Very noisy in fact...Belinda and I had to keep repeating our conversation,as we couldn't hear each other. Can't fault Belinda,she gave outstanding service as usual.
