Jessy is great at making me feel reassured, especially as I have ADHD and loud places can make me feel overwhelmed. On a busy salon day, she directed me to the back of the shop where it was a lot quieter and I was able to relax. I love my new haircut and the end result with a gorgeous plait was exactly what I wanted. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.
