As usual, the treatment was spot on and the dentist friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
What I wasn't impressed by was that for the second time in a row, while booking an appointment through Treatwell, Smilepod cancelled it to offer another time I couldn't do. The person who left the message was barely audible and I couldn't get the phone number I was supposed to call back. I had to email them, asking for another slot. They replied confirming the time I couldn't attend (by mistake I suppose), creating an unnecessary exchange of emails until it was cleared.
