They messed up my appointment and booked me in for the wrong time which didn’t match my treatwell booking so when I arrived they couldn’t see me & had to reschedule my appointment for two days later. On the actual day of my appointment the hygienist was friendly and efficient. They did offer me money off my next treatment to compensate for the wasted time though which is nice.

The treatment was all fine in general. Nice cleaning work. However they changed the hour of my appointment to 30 minutes earlier and, when I arrived there at the original hour they didn’t take me. I ended up having the treatment in Soho clinic the next day.
