It's a basic, clean dental place with little rooms (or pods) for hygiene treatments. My hygienist was very friendly and gave tips on brushing teeth without trying to sell products. The clean was thorough and took about 25 minutes. Good value as a special offer, particularly as the place does not require one to see a doctor before having the treatment, so effectively you don't have to pay for a check up. All in all, a good experience, although not sure I would go back without the special offer.
Was sold for stain polish for additional 16pounds but didn't make/see any difference so not great value for money. You can pay the cheaper price for cleaning and polish in a private dental practice so not a cheap deal.
They were on time, very polite and accommodating. Communicated everything clearly - overall a great experience. My teeth felt cleaner instantly. Would recommend the treatment to anyone. A great service is provided! Thanks
My first experience at CityPod was great. The place is superclean and nice. The staff were great. My dentist in particular was lovely. She made sure I was ok during the whole procedure. Will definitely go back.
The location was easy to find and the staff were professional at the place. The only criticism was when I booked the appointment the focus seemed to be on up selling the product and didn't really explain a lot about the reason it was better to upgrade
