Love Smilepod, what a fine experience for a dentist. Went for the classic polish (hygiene treatment) on a special offer so got great value. Dentist was friendly and attentive, full of great advice and very good with the cleaning work. Recommended.
Would definitely recommentd Smilepod! Great location, speedy and efficient service and friendly staff that know what they are doing. Only wish their opening hours were a bit longer on weekdays but given that the treatment was only 30 minutes its not too bad.
I went to the Smilepod Covent Garden (not the Bank branch as stated above) for a Teeth Hygiene Session Incl. Clean, Gum Check and Teeth Polish, for my third time; even though the lady who cared after me was not the same as the previous two times she was absolutely such as good: she was very friendly and smiley, she asked all my questions, she even checked me about a problem I have not very closely related to what I went there for.
As for my other two times, I am definitely going back to have my teeth cleaned again, and I suggest everyone to try Smilpod.
I'm used to SmilePod Covent Garden and expected this to be an improvement. It's not - it feels flimsier and one of the treatment rooms - mine - is just partitioned off reception. When you're inside, you don't care, but the waiting area is outside this room, and you can hear everything, which I didn't care for. Receptionists were mediocre, less friendly and professional than Covent Garden. Dentist was nice, helpful, and made good suggestions. The important thing though, the clean, was good as ever.
