Horrendous experience, got to my appointment only to find out that it’s been cancelled. Was promised a refund but it’s been almost two weeks and no money has come through. Now I’ve been told by another person from Smart Look Beauty they don’t do refunds, sounds like this company is a bit of a circus!

Really bad for HD brows. Wouldn’t recommend, charged me £30 and didn’t measure them, left me with uneven brows. Really disappointed, if you’re advertising he brows you should know how to do them.
