My nails were left on aceton for ages (the person doing them got busy with lash and brow appointments instead) and then were aggressively scraped, leaving them in the worst post-shellac condition I have ever seen them while also not fully clear of shellac in places somehow! Also the employees weren't wearing gloves while doing nails and I did not see any obvious decontamination of the tools (like putting/storing them in liquid disinfectant next to the stations).

My eyebrows have been done incredibly thin, I just wanted a touch up but so much of the shape has been taken away that I feel really unhappy with the outcome. They are not the shape I want and I now feel I need to grow my eyebrows out to get the look I want

There is no point booking there. You end up waiting for 30min regardless as they take in any walk in and are not really bothered whether they will be able to attend customers that booked. Will not go back there
