Terrible service. I walked in and said I had an appointment and the lady was busy doing someone’s nails. I assumed she was the only one in the salon so was surprised after waiting 5 minutes to see more staff members emerge, and not bother greeting me or saying they’ll be with me in a minute. Then I had to ask one if I’d be getting my eyebrows done and she said she’d look into it. No greeting, no ‘we’ll be with you in a bit’. I wouldn’t even mind waiting if they just said. Not great.
