The staff are very friendly but unfortunately they were over booked and under staffed. They rushed the treatment and didn’t do the massage portion as started on the website. I was then also left for ages with the dryer on as they forgot about me due to other customers. I was then told I needed to pay £5 more even though that was not told to me at any point during the treatment.
