Absolutely horrendous experience - do not recommend! Booked online for 10 am (time shown as available) only to arrive and the salon was closed. Contacted the owner who assured me I could return at 11:30. Once I returned, I waited almost 30 minutes to be served and was then told I had to pay in despite the fact that I paid the full amount online. Staff are confused and unable to properly communicate. Very disappointed in my experience.

Please don’t book here. They arrived 15min late. The place felt very unprofessional. The light in the room was flickering. It looked unsanitary. She didn’t ask me about my skin history or what I am allergic too. She didn’t know what products she was putting on my face. My skin just started burning as well. It just was so bad. Please save your money. I don’t think they are trained aestheticians there. At least they didn’t seem to know what they were doing.
