I have asked for refund but haven't heard back from salon yet...
Treatwell indicated an appointment time of approximately 45 minutes, however the treatment took over two hours.
The final result is unfortunately very poor and not of an acceptable standard for the £55 charged.
I did not raise the issue in the salon because the appointment had already taken significantly longer than expected. Technicians were nice, but mostly talking between them in their language despite me trying to interact
