A terrible experience. I booked on treatwell for bank holiday but the salon called to say could I come later (as they were opening later that day). I said no problem, so I arrived at 10am as agreed but no one was there to open the salon until 10.20. The therapist then made two of my cuticles bleed (she said because I had 'soft cuticles') and it was a sub-standard file/varnish application. I will not return.
