They don't use CND Shellac base or top coats, and they only use CND shellac gel colour if you specifically request it. Staff switched around doing my treatments halfway through, conducting conversation with each other, on walkie talkies, back and forth to the reception. Further to this, my shellac started lifting off just 7 hours after application. Would not go back.

The wax was ok but some hairs were missed.
I had a very long wait despite having an appointment booked. The man at reception was not overly welcoming.

I was told that I should wash after 7 hours, I did so and all the tan came off. The staff were rude and said I was fat which isn't an experience you want to have when you are naked in front of a stranger.
