I had already paid in advance for a Deluxe Mani & Pedi. They did the whole service, only to tell me at the end, that I had to be charged again because they “filled my nails”. Had to pay another £40+ on the spot & honestly it felt like a complete scam. None of this was mentioned beforehand, they only dropped it casually once all was done. If I’d known that, I would’ve gone somewhere else.You tell customers this BEFORE starting the service not after.
They’re not transparent at all! Won‘t be back
