Overall my experience at the salon wasn’t great. Lots of people were coming in to complain about various experiences and I can now see why.
My manicure was terrible and I had to ask for it to be redone they also managed to seriously cut my cuticle so I now have blood in my gel manicure. Less than a week on and the manicure is already starting to peel.
I was upsold the mink lashes but again less than a week in and these are already seriously depleted even though I haven’t got them wet / put make up on them.
The pedicure and Brazilian appear to be fine although during both there were attempts to up sell me additional products / more luxurious items.
Overall I am very disappointed given the amount of money I spent on the various treatments the quality is poor.
