Left to sit for 10 minutes before having to ask about when the treatment would start. Once I asked, was put into a room and left for another 10 minutes before the woman came in to try upsell me to another treatment. Then left for more time as she set up the machine for the treatment.
No explanation about what the treatment would entail. Told not to book through treatwell and treated as though I was a lesser person because I did. Skin is red and some blisters the day after treatment. I wouldn't recommend

The whole process took a very long time, a treatment that was meant to only be 30 mins ended up being over an hour which I eventually said I needed to leave. Lots of walk ins were accepted while I was there and they were seen to during my treatment.
