I have done my manicure for the first time with them yesterday. The place I normally go is really good and the charge only £12 for manicure, but I decided to give them a try even that they were charging £16, and I have to say it was waist of time and MONEY. The guy who did my manicure was really slow and took nearly 75 minutes for a manicure!!
He didn't clean under my nails and he cut my skin which caused bleeding. The foiling was rubbish and the worst was when the nail polish came of the same day (in 2 hours)!!
I wish I could go back to them and take my money back but I am going on holiday today and don't have the time to do so.
I would never ever go any where near this place!!
Very friendly consultant at the front counter in the shop! Lady doing the threading was pleasant. Thought the full face threading was good but my eyebrows were slightly too over threaded but nothing to bad to complain about! Have used them before, they are quite good overall!
Great service. Great ambience. friendly staff. I had a great time here in Smart look. I will recommend it to my friends and family.
Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Very bad application of eyelashes, glue nearly made me blind every time even a drop of water went near my eyes, lashes were applied on the eye lid!! Some of the staff in the salon were so rude, there was an awful smell of sewage in the salon, I decide not to go back there to get them remove, the salon I did go to were appalled at the application of the lashes.... Will never be returning herr

I can't say I was pleased with the service or treatment. Minimal time spent and no communication from therapist. They left me on my own for 20min without offering me a drink or a magazine. Poor quality
