The facial was to a good standard. The massage needed more work around the shoulders. There was a screaming child in the salon which ruined the ambience.

The staff are always friendly and I always use their threading services. The pedicure wasn't brilliant. Dead skin was not removed properly.
Pedicure
I turned up to my appointment only to find that I couldn't go through with it as I hadn't had a test before at that facility. The test had to be carried out 7 days before the treatment and would cost an additional £10 so I had to cancel my appointment. I didn't see anything on the website when I booked to let me know this was the case so overall it was very frustrating.
