On arrival, I’m not entirely sure they were expecting me, despite booking my time. However they could accommodate as I arrived early. There was no where to sit as the seating area was taken up by paperwork, pram and a family. The masseuse however was great she was the best about the experience, very friendly and good pressure it was sadly let down by no toilet (or they said it was broken so I had to re dress to go back into the centre to use one off site) although there was relaxing music it ended half way through the massage and even with music you could still hear the sounds of noises of the hand dryer against the adjacent wall, the clock, a vibrating phone and the sounds from the clinic. Disappointing when you want to get ambiance. The massage lighting was good throughout however as the massage finished the lights were turned from low on full beam and that was it. It would have been much better to leave them low whilst I adjusted and got ready. As It was quite a shock to the system. It would have been nice to have been offered a glass of water (at the very least) after the massage and somewhere to sit for 5-10 minutes. It was sad as the venue let it down.

The nail technician was fab and the nails have lasted but I just can’t believe they charged £35 for it... all other local nail places charge £25 and although better, it was not worth the additional £10!
