Very inexperienced gel manicure. Looked bad immediately and chipped in one week. Nice people, it seems like she would be good at the massage and that is her main job, maybe doesn’t do manicures much

Very kind staff. The place is not the cleanest but not in a tragic way. Prices are honest for being in London and especially in the mayfair area. I only booked a shellac removal but I will definitely go back again to try other treatments. It’s perfect if you’re in a day’s rush.
I have been waxing for 14 years and this may be the worst wax I have ever had! The therapist had no idea what she was doing, pretty much ruined my hair growth direction for the future and the place was not clean. Cheaper than other options in the area but not worth it!

The room wasn’t very clean at all, the wax itself was basic. She took almost nothing at all and much less than the last time I went there and was waxed by another lady. She also left me totally covered in stringy wax even though she said she would remove it before we were done as she was clearly making a mess while she was waxing.
