Very disappointing blow dry, below average. The lady giving me the blow dry seemed to have minimum experience with holding a brush and giving blow dry, she also tried to charge me an extra £10 just because I told her I am not looking for a straight blow dry and wanted waves/volume with the brush has never, when I pushed back and showed her their website and their listed prices she let it go, which shows that she was just trying to get an extra 10 pounds!! This will be the last time I go to this place.

Treatment was fine but the salon was running so late I had to ask for a pair of flip flops as I had no time to let my nails dry, they then tried to charge me and proceeded to get angry and tell me I’d wasted their time when I didn’t want to pay for them. Nails are now chipped.

Great threading treatment (both face and eyebrows)! But the overall treatment is not complete to me (no cream in the end, no finishes). The place is very busy which makes them a bit in a rush but good place to go for threading
