This was a decent quick pitstop; however the gel nails were not very neat (missing polish on one side), the waxing was a bit hesitant (lots of multiple partial pulls at the wax) and the massage featured some painful hair pulling. Not bad, but also not sure it was worth the price. It’s also inside Bond Street station so zero relaxation.

If I could choose less than one star I would. Horrid and the worst hair cut in the world with a limp handed ,clearly untrained hairdresser. I never write reviews as I cant be bothered. In this case, I really want to save someone from the same dreadful haircut I had
