Gel nails only lasted a few days before chipping. Cuticles werent treated properly. Nail polish on toes done really thin.
Advertised as £80 on here for shellac mani & pedi but theres a sign in the shop saying its £60. I then had to spend £10 extra on removal.
£90 for a poor mani pedi is not acceptable

I hate to leave a bad review but it was really a bad experience the lady was nice enough but she scratch my eyelid stuck my eye together and not in the usual one or two lashes together it was many and almost poked my eye out with the tweezer it was terrifying. The overall look was really bad and I can’t even brush the lashes as they are so uneven. Really worried about the condition of my lashes underneath

The lady doing my massage had long nails so I felt them all throughout the treatment. It wasn’t a really relaxing experience. Also not sure about how clean are the towels they use from costumer to costumer, it felt that they’re just just changing the tissues on top of it. The prices definitely do not match the experience. I don’t think I’ll be going back again.

If your having second thoughts about here, don’t - it’s amazing!
Customer service was on point - I went for a teen facial and the entire service was 10/10. The only downfall was that i booked with a friend and we had to go one by one as only one staff member was present at the beauty salon but otherwise than that, the atmosphere was perfect for a facial and Parul made me very comfortable.
I reccomend Parul for teen facials as she did an absolutely amazing job and my skin felt brand new!
