I had the most wonderful experience!! It was perfect from start to finish. I booked last minute as I was going away, but I live close by so it was perfect location for me. I would highly recommend Shalini, it was a 10/10 experience with her. Not only did I get a haircut but i felt so pampered and the whole experience was AMAZING from beginning to end. Loved my wash, cut and blow dry! Will 100% be returning.

Didn’t listen to me and feel like there was communication issues - maybe language barrier?
I wanted similar hair to the images I showed but I am stuck with an old fashioned hair style that I hate - really unhappy and feel ugly all the time.
Had to Argue to get point across.
Didn’t use heat protection products or any hair serum after asking repeatedly.
Blow dry was standard drying - don’t pay extra as there is no point- No idea how
Tried to curl a good will gesture - but it’s not good enough
