Dinesh was lovely and very friendly. Even so, I had booked for 6.30 and didn’t receive my treatment until seven pm. I also booked a warm wax, which she said might damage my skin similar to another customer. Come to find out the hot wax she suggested I get instead was an additional £6… the eyebrow wax was good but I won’t be coming back unfortunately.

I don’t think my therapist was the one listed here so I don’t want to give the wrong therapist wrong stars. Anyway, I had my brows waxed and an entire section of my skin came off & it left a horrible scar. I hate to write this because the lady was so lovely but as soon as I came in I was waiting for 20 minutes - I didn’t mind but then this happened and it’s been 3 days I thought the scar would have gone. Disappointed.
