Recently visited Steven for a deep tissue massage. My lumpy knotted back feels like new after only one session, I have rebooked for some further initial treatment, and intend on returning for maintenance regularly from now on. Have seen many therapists and physios etc over the years, Easily the best massage I’ve ever had, Steven is so knowledgeable and highly skilled professional who immediately puts you at ease .

After a few health concerns I booked to see Smallwood therapies. I had such a wonderful experience. Steve really listened to my concerns and I felt heard and not just like another customer. I have returned again and the service is consistent. The room was beautiful and I felt safe. The reiki I had was amazing. I had such an amazing experience. I will be returning again.
