I had the most amazing post half marathon massage with Serena who wasn’t afraid to really get into all the tight muscles (which I loved). Highly recommended - I’ll be back!

Bar none, one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I’ve beengetting the, for decades. Great personality, easy to work with, and an absolute expert in her techniques, approach, application, pressure, you name it. She worked on my legs and lower body like no one else has. Usually I chalk up a first massage as a learning experience where we learn about each other, but Serena’s work was like she knew my body and how it would respond. An absolute treat and I’ll be going again the next time in London.
