The stylist was running behind due to unforeseeable issues that arose with the previous client. This is understandable, however, because the salon did not have a receptionist. She had to answer the phone that would not stop ringing.
The haircut felt rushed, and the outcome was average. I did not feel there was much attention to detail.

I have been to a lot of top salons over the years - I'd been meaning to try this local salon for a while and I'm glad I did! Rumi listened to what I wanted and gave me the blowdry that I wanted. I've got very long hair but it was no hassle, and I was in and out in under an hour. Will definitely return.

Rosan was amazing. She spoke to me about what I wanted at the beginning of my appointment, made great suggestions and was very professional. She took a lot of care when colouring my hair as she noticed it had a tendency to break around my hair line. I got a full head of highlights as my hair hadn’t been coloured in a while and I’m really happy with how it’s turned out. Great colour and nice fine, natural looking highlights. Highly recommend her!
