This treatment works really good, finally something to help for my lower stomach. I had 3 sessions done and lost 2 inches. Staff are very professional and salon looks clean and tidy, very cozy place. Love it

The colour chosen for my roots was too dark which left my hair jet black and she didn't even wash it properly and was left with black colour on my hairline. It was embarrassing to travel back home on the train. I was very disappointed and will not be trying your salon again. It ruined my whole day, it was meant to be a day for me pamper myself ended up stressed and annoyed.

I arrived at my appointment a little early and was surprised I didn't need to fill in any forms or provide any medical history, I had not had cryolipolysis before so I wasnt sure what to expect. The salon was ok and the treatment room was fine, my therapist was reassuring and explained what was happening during the procedure. The results take about 4 weeks so I cant comment on that. I did find it a bit disturbing that there was no soap in the toilet.

Really impressed with my hair! Love the colour, and really happy with cut. One thing was the cleanliness of the salon could be improved but I would still go back to the salon to have my hair done again :)
